TRAINING

At Panacea Diagnostic, continuous learning is a core value. We conduct regular training and development programs for our employees to enhance skills, improve performance, and support career progression. Our in-house Learning and Development team is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing training initiatives across the organization.

Training begins with structured induction programs for new employees, followed by role-specific training and supervised on-the-job learning. Based on performance evaluations and feedback from the Human Resources department, additional developmental training is provided to meet individual and departmental needs. Mandatory safety training programs are also conducted to ensure a secure working environment. Furthermore, we actively involve manufacturers and technical experts from radiology and laboratory equipment providers to ensure comprehensive, up-to-date, and hands-on training.
